Anal Sex Is Just One Of Those Things: She Either Loves It Or She Hates It.

Anal sex has a tang of taboo attached to it, though this is disappearing: The taboo status of anal sex gives it better credence among the adventuresome and timid alike, and this adds to its attraction.

There is very little in between. Most women have tried it at some point, and a fair few of them will never dare again despite their hankering to be one of the "lucky ones" who love anal sex. The reason for this avoidance is clear: pain. If there was no pain, there was probably pleasure. Hence, love or hate.

It is true, however, that while you're trying to "get it right" there are likely to be some painful moments; however, practice makes perfect and it’s the ability to maneuver oneself and try different styles that allows anal sex to be pleasurable.

Virgin Feels Violated By Gynecological Exams

Is there a special "down there" doctor's exam?
When addressing reproductive health concerns, care and treatment often require attention to parts of your body that are normally left unseen by all but your most intimate partners. Having never had sex before, it is understandable that invasive pelvic exams and procedures would make you feel uncomfortable. The fact that you are choosing to look for ways to address your discomfort rather than foregoing care is great!

Feelings of violation often come about when there is uncertainty or a lack of control over a situation. In a clinical setting where much of the jargon, instruments, and procedures are foreign and intimidating, it is no wonder feelings like this may arise. However, it is the responsibility of your health care providers to guide you through the process of getting care. As a health care consumer, you have the right to know what is going on with your body, how to address those issues, your options for treatment, and the details of the treatment you choose.

Risks of anal sex, other than STIs?

Anal sex enthusiasts can relax (a good thing to do during anal sex!), because contrary to what you heard, anal sex does not loosen the anus or cause an inability to control bowel movements. However, there can be risks associated with anal sex other than sexually transmitted infections (STIs), so it's important to take steps to minimize these risks.

Friction, the enemy of pleasure and safety during sex, is produced during anal sex, much as it is during vaginal sex. However, friction may be more of an issue during anal sex because the lining of the anus is more delicate and produces less natural lubricant than the vagina.

Guarantee Her An Orgasm

Certain things are needed to push women over the brink of ecstasy. Try these bedroom-tested strategies.

When I'm this close to orgasm -- eyes squeezed shut, lips twisted in a Billy Idol sneer, cheeks glowing -- the most descriptive word wouldn't be "passionate" or "erotic." It would be "determined." Because right then, at the edges of my fading consciousness, I'm worried that the phone will ring, my knees will lose their traction on the sheets, or my boyfriend will change position, and suddenly I'll be sliding away from that elusive peak instead of moving toward it. For the 75 percent of women who don't always reach orgasm during intercourse, this happens all the time.

British Release 'Orgasm a Day' Leaflet for Students

The National Health Service in Britain has released a leaflet for students that outlines the health benefits and pleasure of masturbation and sex and urges them to take part on a regular basis.
"An orgasm a day keeps the doctor away" is the message of the leaflets that are titled "Pleasure." The authors of the leaflet say that too much emphasis has been placed on developing good relationships and having "safe sex." People normally have sex for pleasure, they say, which is why a change of emphasis is needed. The authors also say that teenagers have an equal "right" to sex as adults. It also says that sex is good for cardiovascular health and should be just as important as vegetables in a healthy diet.

What's The Best Way For Women To Have an Orgasm?

If you don't know exactly what it is you like or what it takes for you to reach orgasm, it's a good idea to practice on your own. Masturbation is a great way to lessen tension in your body. It’s a very safe way to have an orgasm. And it’s probably the best way to learn about how your body likes to be loved. . But masturbation, like most things, takes practice. And the only way to learn about your own sexual response is to try it.

If you have never tried masturbation, or you want to do it in such a way that will be more pleasurable and satisfying then it has been in the past, then you might need to plan how and when to do it, rather than leave it to chance. For a start, you need to ensure that you’re going to have adequate time to yourself and that you won't be interrupted.
